Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bytegrow Technologies believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the services are already delivered.

• Refund of certain software design & development services can not be accepted due to invested cost of development. For such instances, refunds can be given after deductions of invested costs which will be calculated based on the resource and time consumption.

• In situations where the services are already delivered and a bug or issues has been discovered later, the fixes will be done free of cost within 30 days from the delivery of the project. A copy of original invoice will be required in such cases to start the issue resolution process.

• For all eligible refund orders, the refunds will be processed within 30 days from the refund confirmation date. Please note that it may take another up to 7 days for the banks to reflect the amount in the account.

• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the Bytegrow Technologies, it’ll take up to 30 days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
